India Founded in 2008

Established in 2008, the India office is the support office of Manhattan Group, servicing our associates globally. It was formed by hospitality out-sourcing professionals to service the International Hotel industry. We co-ordinate all our marketing and administrative efforts for Manhattan Group Network as well as our data-warehouse in Melbourne that houses our state of the art recruitment software, hosting over 170,000 industry professionals.

The office serves our extensive associate and hospitality clients, reflecting the diversity  of both of our associates and the hotel industry globally. Most of India's client work is in pre-marketing activities, administrative support work, culinary search assignments and IT support. Consultants support  their clients in all aspects of marketing, with the significant assignments related to corporate development and recruitment  retention strategies.

The India Office has been an active participant in the ambassador program, which sponsors exchanges of consultants among MG offices. India has welcomed industry trainees from Hong Kong, Sydney and leading hotel schools such as Lausanne in Switzerland.

Our India office also supports the local and international hospitality community by lending a hand where we can. We also a member of Hotel and Catering International Management Association, Indian Chamber of Commerce, Recruiting Services Association, Indian Institute of Management and have contributed with several lead articles and recent pro bono projects for several local educational institutions, cultural clubs as well as the Pune Chamber of Commerce.
